South African comedian Dalin Oliver returns to Cape Town with his multi-award-winning, globe-trotting one-man stand-up show, 90 Day Comedian. Back by popular demand, he takes the stage for a final run at the Baxter Theatre Studio from 27 October to 1 November.

This Cape Town show marks a special milestone, as Dalin is joined on stage for the very first time by his wife, Maxine — a chart-topping R&B singer fresh off the release of her debut EP, It’s Complicated.

The evening unfolds in two acts:

Dalin opens with his signature brand of stand-up comedy and stories about performing the show in seven countries and 19 cities outside of South Africa — including Australia, Ireland, the Netherlands, England, France, Spain, and Germany.

The dynamic duo, fresh from tour performances in London and Horsham, England, then share the spotlight before Maxine takes centre stage for a soulful live performance that brings their story full circle in their hometown.

Dalin recently made his debut at prestigious Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and cant’ wait to dive into themes of identity, culture, and belonging—offering a hilarious yet moving reflection on what it means to be proudly South African in a world that often misunderstands our people, culture, rich heritage and diversity.

A former high school teacher turned laughter specialist, his sharp wit and infectious charm has won over audiences locally and around the world.
