The Cape Town Concert Series has celebrated over 70 years of music making with more than 1000 solo and chamber music recitals. Our second season for 2026 has a proudly South African foundation bringing chamber music, Baroque and new works to the fore. This October we celebrate a brand-new composition by Hendrik Hofmeyr written especially for this Piano Quartet featuring Peter Martens on cello, Suzanne Martens on violin, Maya Egashira on viola and pianist Jose Dias.
