Superfan, a solo comedy-drama starring CapeTalk’s John Maytham. Written by Mike van Graan and directed by Adrian Collins, it follows businessman Oliver Wilson as he proposes a campaign inspired by the Springboks’ ability to foster national pride, transformation and social cohesion. Drawing inspiration from the Rassie Erasmus era and the documentary Chasing the Sun, the play offers an uplifting vision of what South Africans could achieve through shared expertise, resources and effective leadership.
